Organisation of the Quality Management System

In July 2002 Hydroarch obtained the Certification of Quality.
From 2014 is certified with AB Certification [Italian delegation - via Revere 10-20123 Milan - Italy] according to the UNI EN ISO 9001_2008.

General requirements

In order to realize the Quality Management System - QMS Hydroarch has:

  • Prepared a Quality Manual (QM) according to the QMS procedures;
  • Identified the processes necessary to the QMS, in accordance with the requirements cited in the regulations of reference (UNI EN ISO 9001:2008);
  • Established the sequences and interactions among the processes, criteria and methods to ensure their effectiveness;
  • Realised the QMS applying the documented procedures;
  • Determined the work instructions;
  • Determined and documented how quality requirements will be fulfilled;
  • Established a planning of quality consistently with the QMS specific requirements;
  • Prepared the quality plans for contracts as well as a quality control plan;
  • Defined the instruments and equipment and specified the necessary resources;
  • Registered all the necessary information for the QMS effectiveness;
  • Ensured the availability of the required information to support the actions and the monitoring of the processes;
  • Measured, monitored, analysed the processes and undertook all the necessary actions to achieve the expected results and the constant improvement of the QMS.

Hydroarch’s QMS documentation includes the documents required to ensure the effective running and the monitoring of processes consisting in:

  • QM;
  • Procedures;
  • Working instructions;
  • Forms;

Quality Manual (QM)

Hydroarch determines and defines processes, which form the Quality Management System (QMS), through the “Quality Manual” (QM) that set out:

  • Quality Policy;
  • Firm’s Organization;
  • Processes;
  • Responsibility;
  • Ways of development and specific responsibilities of activities and company’s fundamental processes

The Quality Manual includes QMS Procedures, which defines responsibilities and ways of management of the company’s processes in accordance with regulatory reference.

The QM is a document that may be used as reference material by:

  • company’s staff who can find in it a guide on how to operate,
  • customers and Certifying Organisation that find in it useful elements to verify whether the company’s fulfil quality management requirements, customer’s satisfactions and stakeholders requirements.

The QM rules and regulations concern all Hydroarch ‘s functions and staff, services and activities carried out by the society, both inside and outside.

They have been approved and therefore have been validate for all personnel, by the PoBD (President of the Board of Directors) who subscribe the QM and its subsequent revisions.

The QM of Hydroarch S.r.l. have been structured according to the regulation UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 : Quality Management Systems.

Quality Management System: Field of Application

The Quality Management System described in the Quality Manual is applied to ensure that services supplied by the company meet Customer requirements, market, laws and regulations in force. The fulfilment of these requirements is guaranteed by processes’ management described in the Quality Manual.

Hydroarch’s Quality Manual is based on the requirements provided for by the Basic Regulation ISO 9001 with no exclusion.

Service’s Implementation Planning

Hydroarch can implement its activities in all project cycle’s phases solving problems typical of each phase: during preliminary and detailed phases interacting with the territorial institutions interested in infrastructures; during the final design phase attending project’s implementation, according to the specific requirements of customer institution; during construction phase working with firms that carry out the work, following the activities, solving technical problems and minimizing non-productivity periods.
